Rooted on King

Seek this place out! My son Roman suggested having tea here. Rooted on King is in a 100 year old building, you will have to climb stairs to get to it. But if you can, it is worth it! The space is also a yoga studio. Valerie, the owner, has exceptional taste. She has brought some beautiful pieces from her travels abroad. The doors going into the yoga studio are breathtaking! Our son ordered the Moroccan Mint tea for all of us and Skyler- lovely girl- prepared it for us. Having tea in such a beautiful space is an experience you must have! I wanted to try a bit more for my Google Review, I was hesitant at first but I went with the Beet and Berry bowl (made by Vincent) & let me tell you, it was DELICIOUS! My husband and my son both tried it and loved it! I will come back again on my next visit with our son in Boone. Check out the pics and videos! Enjoy!

Beautiful place tucked away in an upstairs yoga studio on King Street. The food is good, fresh, and has a wonderful range of vegetarian options. The chai is some of the best I’ve had in Boone. And the studio itself has a lovely sensibility that transports you away. All in all, it’s a great place to stop for a meal with friends or family.

Such a pleasant place for lunch - decorated with style, and very welcoming. Staff are friendly and the food super fresh and delicious and healthy! A delight! Upstairs from the sundry shop. We wish we had time to enjoy a yoga class as well. The studio is stunningly beautiful.

Beautiful space and wonderful bohemian vibe. Their food and drinks are tasty. Be patient as sometimes your orders may take a few minutes to arrive. Grab a Chai or a bowl and chill on the floor. Bring a book and stay awhile. Trust me, you'll want to.

Incredible healthy and delicious food (plant based but with animal options) in a great atmosphere. This place is an oasis in Boone! Came back again and brought my bride for an incredible anniversary lunch! Thanks Rooted team!

Wonderful experience for Sunday brunch. Staff was inviting, masala chai was amazing, environment was awesome. I had the simple breakfast. Simple, but full of flavor and well seasoned. My wife had the avocado toast. Best avo toast we’ve ever had! I see why they have a little sign that says “limit your time to 1 hour”, you could easily stay all day in this place relaxing with your tea.

Had a great experience at Rooted. Service was amazing, they let us try the chai black tea, and gave some great recommendations! The black chai tea was AMAZING! I’m usually not a fan of chai but fell in love. The lunch dishes were soooo tasty and healthy <3 We got the Buddha bowl and the chicken pesto sandwich with a mushroom potato soup. afterwards, we hung out and did some studying and reading- Highly recommend for great foods and great vibes!! Also, they have a yoga studio & classes which you definitely Need to check out!

Can’t skip any weekdays without visiting here. Healthy and delicious choices with beautiful decorations. The place has a lot of things to explore including colorful seating areas, food and drink menus. Masala chai makes me my day happy and budda belly bowl makes my day stronger. So far my favorite place in Boone.
